Trauma Therapy

In-person counselling services in Surrey, BC and virtually anywhere in British Columbia, Canada.

It’s heavy.

The past follows you everywhere.

Maybe it’s that car accident that turned every drive into a full-body stress test. Or those trust issues your brain swore were protecting you but are tanking your relationships.

Even your sleep isn't safe—dreams, nightmares, and 3 AM wake-ups have you feeling like you can’t catch a break.

Now you’re stuck reacting instead of living, eye-rolling through another late-night Reddit spiral full of the same useless advice.

You can heal from this.

Seriously.

This doesn’t have to be your forever.

Envision life where you are in the driver’s seat—not your nervous system, not the trauma, not the stress ambushing you out of nowhere.

No more white-knuckling through panic or dodging emotional landmines. Just real, lasting peace–where you can hop in the car for a last-minute Canucks game without your brain throwing a fit.

Your career and relationships are thriving because you’re showing up—fully, confidently, and as the real you.

I get it.

I’m here to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable to explore what you’ve been going through.

Together, we'll uncover what's been holding you back, so you can find true healing and start living a life that excites you, not one that has you stuck in the past.

Personally, I’ve had battles with distressing nightmares, which led me into the fascinating world of dreams and nightmare therapy. It’s an area that can bring real insight, peace, and meaning to a part of our lives we often overlook.

Who this type of therapy is for:

→ Anyone impacted by trauma.

→ Those experiencing distressing dreams or nightmares.

→ Individuals feeling overcome with emotions and reactions they cannot control after a traumatic experience.

→ Those struggling in their relationships, careers, and personal lives due to trauma.

I use results-driven therapies such as:

  • CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy) identifies negative thought patterns, challenges them and replaces them with more balanced, realistic thoughts. Teaching coping skills and problem-solving techniques to manage emotions and improve reactions.

  • OEI (Observed & Experiential Integration) uses eye movements to help process trauma, rewire emotional responses, and bring relief from anxiety, PTSD, and distressing memories.
