Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can be suitable for you if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, anger, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, assertiveness issues, boundary-setting problems, communication problems, emotional regulation difficulty, perfectionism, identity issues, dreams and nightmares, fears, and phobias.

You may want a chance to do a safe self-exploration and to talk about some of these concerns in more depth in therapy so that you can make sense of what you are dealing with and hopefully move forward in leading a more happier and fulfilling life.
